If you have a Mainland visa, Dafen in Shenzhen is the place to go. Not just oil paintings, but framings are amazingly quick and cheap.
It's the home of all those assembly line "original" oil paintings. I've never been but would love to see the place, it would be a good laugh. Unfortunately, I don't think it's on the Shenzhen metro.
