Lost item on aircraft - long hold time on the altitude line
Hi all - left a camera in my seat on my flight into YYT today. I’ve submitted the form and am currently on hold with Altitude (30mins and counting!).

Is is there a way I can call the concierge or someone at the airport directly? I’m pretty sure they would have seen it during their sweep post-flight.

Thanks for any tips!
