Only 50 EUR cancellation fee for Lufthansa Award Tickets?
I may have to return home urgently, and need to cancel a business-class lufthansa award ticket.

I'm at the website and it says 50 EUR cancellation fee. Does that mean I will get back what I paid for in taxes and fees (minus 50 EUR), and the 52,000 miles I used for that award?
