This is was one of the best breakfast buffets I've seen at a US property. Omelet bar, cold cuts and cheese, smoked salmon, fried tomatoes, fried plantains, rice and beans, waffles, french toast (with chocolate or syrup), eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, sausage, potatoes and fruit, cereal, breads and yogurt. Great service too.
