I strongly suggest that people here as well as the powers that be look at the Bangkok airport fiasco of over a decade ago, and what has happened since.....In a nutshell, building what was then the world's second largest terminal, on unstable ground, rushed to open, lots of political pressure and "inside" construction "interests' that needed it open earlier then needed. Opened "on time", then one disaster after another, needing almost everything to be shifted BACK to the original airport for many months. Over the years many many structural and other problems, etc.......
