Thanks so much for the quick assistance and recommendations. It is certainly appreciated.

I hope things turn around for all of you with AC. I check this forum out from time to time simply to see how the drama is playing out and things usually seem pretty dire. And this is coming from a 1P on UA where we have had our own crazy scenarios over the past few years.

I have to say the AC board is one of the closest knit on FlyerTalk, at least to the occasional viewer.
