I recently made million miler status, and I ordered and received a Hartmann small carry on bag as my MM gift. The two zippers are locked with a three digit spin dial lock, now set at "000". I can't unlock it, and the bag arrived with no documentation that shows either the default combo or how to reset it. Without a way to unlock it, I might as well throw it away. Does anyone have any ideas? The Hartmann web site was of no use. Thanks!
