Not for nothing, I spend about 30k a month on all my cards with AMEX (real charges, some business, some personal on each perspective card), and I've not received an appreciation gift in years. Think they are still pissed that I didn't take AMEX up on their offer for Centurion back in 2007? May have to consider showing some love to Chase and Citi instead of AMEX. JPM sends me gifts.
