It depends on where and when and for what you are looking. Counting on the idea that it’s just the likes of properties in the Maldives or FP that may be tough to find 7 nights of “standard” rooms during peak demand dates is likely to lead to a lot more of Marriott over-promising and under-delivering so as to increase customer frustration. Do you realize that it was also likely this kind of concern about customer frustration with finding standard rooms for these certs that resulted in Marriott’s historical extension of validity dates for otherwise expiring TP certs?
