I've emailed a request for re-routing on CX or SQ on our trip from LHR-MEL over the Christmas period. An additional stop in AMS, plus an increase of layover from <2 hours to 8+ hours will be impossible with our 3-year old.

I'm so upset right now. I really hope they do the right thing here.
