3. SNAs cannot currently be used on the app or the website. You have to call the elite line to apply them. And I've not tried this yet myself so I don't know how easy/difficult it will be.
I booked the Renaissance BCN using my SPG account and was able to request SNA online. Mind you I did not click through when I saw that my SNA would be wasted on a slightly larger room.
