YMMV..but I am far less concerned about a "dirty" exterior that a dirty Interior.... Aircraft that size are presumably "parked outside" most of their service lives (like my car! lol) and are going to pick up external grime no matter what... I see it as a cosmetic issue....rather than the more important issue of (reasonably) hygienic cabins.....
