You're welcome. To be honest with you, I couldn't tell there was coconut in the rice. Didn't taste any. I could taste a little of the ginger so perhaps that overpowered the coconut. It was Ono either way! I haven't tried the the tofu hekka yet so Azj will have to chime in on that one.

Oh and if you are flying back to Hawaii in F and you get a lunch/dinner service, here is the menu for your return:

Appetizer First Course
  • Watermelon, Baby Heirloom Tomato and Feta Salad with Lime Vinaigrette
  • Coconut Shrimp Noodle Salad
Main Course
  • Slow Roasted Beef with Vegetable Israeli Couscous
  • Farfalle Pasta with Sweet Corn Pesto, Tomato Fresca and Smokey Shiitake Mushroom
Dessert
  • Pineapple Coconut Cheesecake
I had the coconut shrimp noodle salad appetizer and the roast beef main on my return flight. I can share pics of those if you want.

I agree with Azj, I really like this menu cycle. This is one of the better ones HA has had. I think HA offering their Hawaii Featured Chef program and switching to Chef Lee Anne Wong has worked out much better than when Chef Chai Chaowasaree was the executive chef...no offense to Chef Chai though, but I have been liking the dishes put on by Chef Wong better.
