Qantas use to refer to Bluetooth on thier in flight communications page but that part seems to have been taken out.

However this page indicates ok for 737 at all times:

  • Hearing aids/devices that use Bluetooth can be used at all times onboard Airbus 330, Airbus 380, Boeing 787, Boeing 737 and QantasLink aircraft.
  • On Boeing 747 aircraft, hearing aids/devices that use Bluetooth must be switched off during taxi, takeoff and landing....
