I was born in Taiwan and will be visiting Shanghai on a US Passport. I'm planning to use the 144-hour TWOV. Will China consider me a US national for purposes of TWOV? When I applied for a Chinese tourist visa in the past, I had to include my Taiwan passport with my other application documents.
