AC Bella Sky is an excellent hotel, though it will take you about 20min to get to downtown by metro. It's very easy and convenient though, probably what I'd have done. Rather stay far but close to a metro station than closer to the city but far from transport. Keep in mind, Uber doesn't work in Denmark and taxis are very(!) expensive.
