Otherwise, presuming that the transaction has not completed and the seat will be released because it wasn't confirmed, you may not need to leave it for hours before trying again. You might be able to get that seat again after 30 minutes or so.
There is no PNR. BA Exec Club couldn't find my booking and yep, those seats are gone.
So I hung up and waited half an hour. And the seats are back at the old price. Just finished booking it. Thanks.
Boy do I hate this new website interface.
