While I understand your POV, as well as your earlier statements about MFR / "State of Jefferson" local culture, you're simply rewarding bad behavior by doing this. It's not your fault that you're GS, or that United isn't an egalitarian airline.
Allegiant flies into MFR. If they really want a "nobody's better than anyone else" experience, they're welcome to fly them.
