I stayed in Superior last year and it had no a/c, and the Mercure Gdynia representatives replying to comments on TripAdvisor were stating that only Privilege rooms and better have a/c.

Seen lots of people at the reception signing some kind of waivers to get the windows fully opened, seemed surreal a bit.
