I have mostly deleted my memory about the time my kids were that small but recall that I did a mileage run to Germany in the fall of 2007 to buy the entire Maxi Cosi stuff as it was only available and cheap(er) compared to the US. Prices must have exploded since then.

Also very curious to see which court will take up a case (potentially outside of its jurisdiction) with a value of ~1000€.
