How do you claim the guarantee?. I have never had to do it, but I just checked in at Westin Waltham, and they are seeing me as general member despite the app and reservations tell me that I am Platinum Elite and hotel being adamant that they cannot honor any Platinum Elite benefits because their system is not showing me as Platinum?
