I book two cruises with my Chase Ink card and wanted to know if i get the Amex Platinum can i still get the on board credit? (One cruise has been paid for and second i still need to pay final balance). Has anyone paid partial balance and still received the credit? Will the Amex Platinum cruise credit remove my Diamond stateroom travel credit or can both be applied?

TA here. If you are booking a normal cruise rate and category, the Platinum benefits apply. Certain interline/discounted non publicly available rates are excluded.
The terms and conditions require the cruise benefit to be applied before final payment is made. Also the terms state payment must be made on the Platinum card.
