I'm not sure what you expect us to say, other than Turkish Airlines is TK not TA.

TK are willing to sell you the connection because they think you can make it. But, as you suggest, it isn't 100% guaranteed unless everything runs on time and you move quickly through the various security checks. And missing the connection means an extra 24 hours in IST and the nightmare of dealing with TK. There is also the small risk that TK have moved to the new airport by November, which means all bets are off.
