Hotel can get busy, it has a good price point and is easy to reach from T1/T2/T3- ok for T5. They have a car company that runs to T5 for £16 presently to T5 per car, we had a Mercedes S class last use. This can be less than the hopper.....
Breakfast full buffet for Diamonds, but they have stopped including orders from the A la carte menu. So you can have eggs, omelette etc to order, but things like eggs royale no more.
Recent stays one no upgrade as hotel full. Room on side to adjacent building. It was a bit small, but worked fine and was very quiet. Next stay deluxe room at rear. Good size, could be a junior suite. Nice to have cream as well as milk for coffee. Massive king bed. Room was quiet, the corner rooms have a sort of extra outside door. I find the hotel quite good and useful.
We did also get cookies!
