The bedding in Polaris is still superior, imho, than any other airline I've flown, at least in business class. Especially now that there's a gel pillow on every seat (though wish they'd do the same with the mattress pad, even if I've never had a problem getting one). I also believe that if you are departing from EWR, IAH, SFO, ORD, and even LHR with the pre-Polaris UC there, you are in for a superior lounge experience to any other domestic airline.

I for one appreciate that the new Polaris seat is "good enough" and especially private while maintaining enough density which helps in upgrades.

So I don't think he's really incorrect when it comes to the overall experience, even if the wines stink and the food is getting a bit boring.
