Not at all Im afraid. everything has its limits Ive been delayed on flights due to late arriving flights with connecting passengers, yet when Ive been the one late inbounding and connecting I get the SOL story an dhow they rebooked me for the next days flight(if lucky). If theres enough folks that will misconnect they will wait Im sure theres a limit time wise to that

Next time your bag doesnt arrive try leaving the airport and reporting it the next day , good luck with that, even better its lost and never to be seen again try collecting from the carrier, if you have ins you might get lucky but even they want all the info from the report you made out at the airport, there is none the ins may simply tell ya youre SOL

You arrive late at night to the rental car lot which is very dimly lit, you did a walk around and didnt notice anything. You drove off and even parked in a locked 1 car garage. when you take the car out the next morn you see all the small dents and scratches, you can talk till you turn blue if it wasnt noted on the damage slip guess what you did it. You know you didnt, thats not gonna mean squat! This is exactly your case you didnt notice anything at the time till the next day, Unfortunaetly its too late by then. I understand you dont think thats right, but you or I think has no bearing on the fact that you had to have reported it damaged at the airport, did you, Nope thats that it Stinks but once you went off with a csr you were dead meat, could be even before that you were

There was just you and your car and another car on a road for miles he scraped your car , no witnesses go prove it, probably ends up 50/50 yet you know and the other guy knows hes 1000% at fault. again had you showed a damaged stroller at the airport then would have given you the benefit of the doubt that it was damaged while under their care, otherwise it wasnt damaged when it was with them. Yes at times they will still step up and fix or replace iit but Im sure most of the time they wont. Now if you were a HON then maybe they would have stepped up

I get it that you know 100% in your mind that the stroller was 100% AOK before handing it over to them, but they dont know that and thats where the problem is
ive gotten moving violations when I know 100% I didnt do anything wrong and as the ticket is being written out several cars do exactly what Im getting a tkt for and didnt do, talk about Frustration! but I ended up with the tkt when I actually didnt do it while those who did it kept driving and no tkt
