Maybe someone is to shed some light on this/to confirm my assumption that in many cases of time changes, schedule changes etc strictly speaking only a revalidation of the ticket was required, however, most ticket agents simply reissue the ticket out of convenience rather than revalidating it - is reissue easier to deal with or agents don't know how to revalidate?
