Funny thing, I can’t select any seat for free (as an OWE) on the app anymore, would need to pay ~MYR25 per KUL-SIN leg... but going though the website’s ‘Manage my booking’ option I am not asked to pay.

(And yes, this is only non-exit-row seating - those always require payment. Row 5 is not even opened.)
