Was wondering about this question myself as I am thinking about getting a new SPG Amex and already have Chase PP membership. Unless there is overcrowding (which I rarely see at PP lounges overseas) I can't see why the lounge would care as they will get paid 2x - once by Chase and once by Amex. Stay tuned!
