I have been traveling with B&R for approx 20 years. I currently have 4 B&R bags. Never had a breakdown. Which is crucial. My garment bag may well be a 2MM miler. Something like that. All repairs have been done promptly and with no issues whatsoever. They have always lived up to their guarantee. I have even had my shipping paid on numerous occasions by my local retailer. To say I have no complaints would be an understatement.

How often do your carry-on (if purchased) get gate checked? Would love to grab a baseline carry-on but worry about the frequent gate checks I will have (no status) effectively abusing the bag more than it needs to be.
