As absurd as it can sound, we rather prefer to take another flight than using a third party like Expedia or the like in booking air tickets. Maybe we could make an exception for American Express, but the ticket price is 180 eur more.
I travel frequently on this route SIN-PEN and this is normally only bookable via OTAs in order to get the SIN-KUL-PEN routing.
Havent had any issues so far with Expedia on over 50+ tickets on this route
