Its been good. But you have to buy the more expensive Y,B,M fare on Delta which can be as much as just buying the fare directly from KE. You have to do the math in regards to your goals with connections and earnings. I think you can also make an account on KE web site and try to book an award and it will show you the seats available. One reservation agent told me that there was no inventory and another one long sold the ticket and were able to get inventory.
