Bear in mind that a LOT can change between now and April 2005 (like the reopening or tearing down of 2E), so please take all our answers with a grain of salt. Showers should be available in the arrivals lounge in 2C. That is your best option (if it's open again). The AF website shows that 2F1 has at least one shower. Check out this link for more details on all AF and partner lounges. All your intra-European flights are business class and so you will have access to business class lounges before these flights (there is only one lounge in 2F1 anyway). On your return to Miami you will be able to access the first class lounge in 2C, 2F2 or 2E depending on which terminal your flight departs from.
