I like how some other chains have a bunting and a carpet for that specific priority queue. Most people understand that as it's the same concept for airlines.
this was not what i experience at the novotel clark quay at Singapore where they have the carpet.
The signnage at such priority counters obviously does not work as we discussed.
The counter staff also seems happy to assist any Tom Dick and Harry.
