Have to say i flew 3K on the 788 yesterday and thought it was a fantastic seat. The light level was fine for a daytime flight but agree the e-blind mechanism is just silly. Other than that though, and the fact no side bin as compared to the UD birds, I rate it very highly - indeed possibly higher than the Cirrus/Sogerma window seats which I am otherwise a big fan of over CW.
By contrast have flown middle seat groups on the 788 before and think those are markedly worse.
