I have had a repeated problem at the O2, the lack of proactive minibar refresh on some 20+ stays last year was one of the many reasons I choose not to stay there again as life is too short to spend a chunk of my precious free time after work every day arguing with hotel staff about the shortcomings of their property and service just to get standard things done which I should never even have to ask for.
Whilst I have come to accept that the IC O2 is simply a poor property, the spread of the minibar refresh issue to every other property I have stayed at this year to date is much more of a concern.
I've literally NEVER had a minibar refill problem, so I'm going to say that's probably more your experience than a generalisation. And I'm pretty ... liberal with usage. :P
