I became Lifetime Platinum in 2014, with 10 years as Platinum.
It's now 2018, 4 years later.
On the SPG app, it says :
Years as Platinum 12
Y'all do the math, because Marriott can't.
I got a message on both the SPG and Marriott apps that LT numbers are wrong, so I wouldn’t worry about it, unless you have nothing better to do.
