ok some pretty upsetting news. i just received a phone call from HK airlines. they said the last person i spoke with made a mistake. infant cannot fly in business cabin of a350. he said it was for security reasons. when asking for clarification he said it was because infant seat doesn't fit?

i asked about the updated cabins supposedly coming. he said he wouldn't bet on it. encouraged me to call expedia to see if i can get a refund.

i posed the question of bringing an additional person in coach to fly with my infant son. he said that would that would work but i would have to purchase another infant ticket for coach!!!

any help or insight anyone has super appreciated. thanks so much FT community.
