Not saying you are scamming them just from their eyes its the way it falls. At times a carrier will step up even if its T&Cs arent properly followed, have no idea why OS decided not to in your case

Thanks again - fully constructive. Yes, this the Airlines' rationale for accepting the damage if reported at the airport. My complaint/question to the OS what one can do if the damage is not visible at the airport, what can be done - they say 'nothing, go f... yourself' is telling.

(and this after giving them a benefit of the doubt and not complaining about a wet stroller in the first place;; assuming this was not a major issue!).

For me, a lesson learnt - avoid the OS like a plague.
