But... you need to make sure any change appears in TIMATIC, A written statement or media release that a city might be changing its TWOV policy is no good by itself as check-in staff will still use TIMATIC. And it's been the case before where a city has announced TWOV is 'coming soon' but it takes a long time before it actually arrives.
