My post was intended to help other fliers to find useful advice on how to deal with strollers, which are sometimes fragile, sometimes big, and always require some kind of cleanlyness. Feel free not to use my advice!
As a frequent flier having flown 200+ segments with small babies, I can reassure you that my advice was very helpful for myself and allowed me to relax without any trouble during our journey. And, as mentioned, when we had an issue, OS was extremely kind and helpful. But - as I also mentioned - I also tried to be nice.
