Per the WOH terms and conditions the last award is offered at 100 nights.

(j) Additional Milestone Benefits: Globalists will receive additional benefits for completing seventy (70), eighty (80), ninety (90), and one hundred (100) Tier-Qualifying Nights during a Calendar Year. For each of these milestones, a Globalist will receive his or her choice of either: (a) ten thousand (10,000) Bonus Points or (b) one (1) Complimentary Suite Upgrade Award. A Member may receive a maximum of four (4) such benefits during any Calendar Year.
