I am considering booking a one way J promo reward on KLM for November but I have a couple of questions on what to expect.

1) As my trip is not 100% sure yet but booking must be made by the end of the month, I'd like to ask - will I be entitled to taxes refund should I decide to cancel? I know Miles won't be refunded but website is not extremely clear about taxes.

2) I know the YEG flight is operates by A330. Has refurnishment been completed for these planes? Or there is still the chance I'd get an old business class seat?

3) No lounge access in YEG? Can't find any lounge on the ST website.
