I only kept the confirmation email with my reservation details

I usually dump the boarding passes after my trips when everything goes well, my mistake

but I made a screen capture of my reservation with all the information (name, fare, dates, etc), but FB doesn't give a damn

if I knew I would have paid the cheapest basic fare, but as I paid for the Plus rate, I am entitled to what I paid for
