It doesn't but that terminal seems to be much quieter and/or better organised, the most I've ever had to wait at immigration was around 5 mins in either direction.

Of course the MNL lounge that Cathay operate is also several orders of magnitude better than the TG lounge so even delays aren't too much of a hardship.
