We flew from Sgn to REP on Cambodia Angkor Air, technically operates by Vietnam Air. I think they code share a lot. The flight was fine, it was only an hour but everything was professionally done. Arrivals at REP required several lines but all of them went quickly. REP is one of the prettiest and cleanest small airports I’ve ever been in.
