I agree that I would look to use those hotel points at a resort property. You've got enough for 4 nights at a level 7 or 5 at a level 6, which should include some very good options, and then you could pay cash for additional nights. Or one thing we often like to do is go someplace where we will do a beach resort for 4-5 days and then do an Airbnb stay in a nearby urban center that we want to explore, we get both a beach and city vacation.

The trouble will be finding D1 tickets for 140K roundtrip. This will be hard but not impossible. If you are flexible I would search around for that.
