That might be an overly-confident stance given that they are hard at work right now adjusting LT credits (in batches, apparently). And they've previously declared their criteria for awarding years as proprietary, declining to answer the question more fully when directly put to them (it's in one of the FAQ type of threads over in SPG, walking out the door just now so no time to go dig up the link - but it's there for the finding).
