Thanks to all for sharing your experiences and analyses. The charge correctly posted as 20 cents, and the ticket is there, so I'm going to assume everything is OK. Oddly, the numbers show up correct in the Fly Delta app, though the $0.20 appears as "amount credited" rather than "amount charged."
