Ah yes, there is this strangely mysterious non specific reference:

"I have just tried a newer US route for the new Club World service which does not feature D0 & Co (sic) catering, so I thought it would be interesting to compare my experiences."

So a 747 USA destination from T3, which potentially is DEN, LAS, LAX or PHX. But not East Coast. Looking at it, I would say LAS, though to add to the mystery the bottom of the menus has been chopped off so we can't be sure. What happens in Vegas.....

And like other FT contributors here, with flights sometimes as short as 6 hours, I'm not sure I would even want a full breakfast service, AA's big downside in this area is that it's a noisy and drawn out process, and both BA and AA have arrival lounges which can do the job much more efficiently.
